Experience a relaxed llama hike in Bavaria and discover the tranquil natural surroundings of the Lama Oasis in Erlbach together with our friendly llamas. Whether it's a family outing, a special experience for two or a team event - our guided llama hikes and llama treks combine nature, animals and conscious deceleration.

During the hike, you will lead the well-trained llamas yourself and learn more about their nature, their behaviour and their special effect on people. Along the way, there is time for conversations, short breaks and quiet moments in nature.

Before each hike, you will be given a short introduction on how to handle the llamas as well as exciting information on what makes these animals so unique - and why llamas feel particularly at home in the Upper Bavarian climate.

Of course, a tour of our llama oasis is also included.

    This programme is suitable for participants in good physical condition who want to combine nature, exercise and animals.

Yes, visits are by reservation only, as we work with small groups and organised activities to ensure a calm atmosphere for animals and guests. This allows us to prepare your experience in detail and guarantee availability for your preferred date.

You can book your activity via WhatsApp or by phone by letting us know the number of participants, the desired date(s) and the type of activity you are interested in. To confirm your booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit. You will then receive all the details of your visit.

Yes, the activities with llamas, camels and other animals are suitable for children as the experiences are calm, guided and respectful. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult and the guide will adapt the pace and interaction to the group.

Of course - Lama Oasis offers various options for private events such as birthdays, celebrations, team events, photo shoots or coaching days. Let us know your ideas when you contact us (group size, occasion, desired duration) and we will design a customised experience for your group.

Lama Oase is located in the countryside, surrounded by nature, just a short drive from Altötting and about 100 km from Munich. You can reach us by car using the directions in your booking confirmation or your navigation app. The access road around the farm is signposted.
