We process personal data to provide our website, to respond to enquiries, to process bookings and orders in our online shop and to fulfil legal obligations. The legal bases are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfilment of contract), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and economic operation of the website) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations).

When our website is accessed, technical data is automatically processed (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser used, operating system). This data is used to ensure technically error-free operation and to analyse and improve our website.
If you contact us via forms, e-mail or the shop or make bookings, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, booking or order data).
