Welcome to Lama Oasis, where we - Manfred and Sabine Zallinger - share our passion for animals, nature and meaningful human relationships in the heart of Upper Bavaria. Nestled in peaceful Erlbach, just an hour from Munich and Salzburg, our farm is more than just a destination - it is a place where animals reflect our lives and teach us about trust, leadership and inner peace.
As a manager in a medium-sized company, I combine the world of office work with life on the farm. By supporting teams in dynamic environments, I have learnt time and again how crucial trust, communication and collaboration are.
Working with our llamas, camels and other animals shows me how valuable peace, presence and honest encounters can be. I like to pass these experiences on to our guests and help them to develop mindfulness, discover new perspectives and look at personal and professional issues more consciously.
I love to share how animals enrich our lives every day.
Life on the farm fulfils a long-cherished dream for me: living together with animals on a daily basis. Through my experiences - including as deputy mayor of Neuötting, as a theatre lover, director and cabaret artist - I have learned how important acceptance, presence and a genuine counterpart are.
Animals meet people without prejudice. They respond to sincerity, clarity and inner attitude - regardless of roles or titles. This direct, honest feedback fills me with great joy and characterises the way I accompany our guests and open up the space for authentic encounters.

At the Lama Oasis, you are not just booking an activity - you are entering a place where animal welfare, personal development and authentic Bavarian nature come together. We design our experiences, Sabine and Manfred, with a lot of heart, professionalism and respect - for every person and every animal.
Every llama, camel and donkey is part of our family and not a „piece of equipment“. We work with small groups, lots of time for socialising and clear rules that protect the welfare of the animals and guests.
The interaction with our llamas, camels and donkeys is a gentle mirror for your own behaviour: You notice how you set boundaries, how clearly you communicate and how you deal with trust and leadership.
Our seminar and adventure farm in Erlbach is located in peaceful Upper Bavaria, surrounded by fields and rolling hills, yet only about an hour away from Munich and Salzburg. Our guests enjoy real countryside instead of staged attractions.
From family llama walks and children's birthday parties to team outings and groups with special needs - we customise the route, pace and content to your needs so that everyone feels safe, included and truly seen.
We live together with a large family of animals that form the centrepiece of our project: around 24 llamas, 6 camels, 2 dogs, 6 cats, 4 horses, 2 donkeys, 2 mini ponies, 2 goats as well as pigs, sheep, chickens and rabbits.
